Operating primarily in South Africa, our headquarters in Middelburg, Mpumalanga, cater to clients across all provinces, with satellite stations strategically positioned near ongoing projects. Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my existing fire extinguisher service provider, even if I am with one? Yes, You as a customer can choose your fire extinguisher service provider. You cannot be held liable by any other service provider by any means.
How do I know the service given to me is legitimate? You as the customer have the full right to make sure the technicians that service your fire equipment are fully registered.
How often should I service my fire extinguisher? The FSS Code requires that fire extinguishers should be subject to periodical inspections and be serviced at intervals not exceeding 1 year.
How do I know if my fire extinguisher is still good? Most fire extinguishers come with a pressure gauge that indicates the pressure level of the internal contents. If the gauge needle falls too low (you can tell if it is outside the green zone on the gauge), you know it’s time to replace your extinguisher.
